H28 Heavy Duty Center Hung Floor Closer

- Extra heavy doors.
- Identical to Model 28 except H28 has cast iron cement
case.
- Weight up to 1000 lbs. (formerly L28)
- Bottom arm features anti-friction bearing for greater
load capacity.
- Minimum door thickness is 2".

How to identify a 30 or 40 Closer
The number of closre (30 or 40) is stamped on the top of case
next to the spindle.
50/51 series floor closers are designed for use in
shallow slab (2") floors or where steel decking and other
obstructions prevent the user of traditional floor closer
